About the Lures

What you need to know about our lures.

The Body	The Body of the lure is hand carved from wood. It is painted by hand, first by dipping and then the finish is applied with a spray gun. As a result some variation may occur in the shape of the body and the application of the paint. This is a natural by-product of the process and gives each lure unique characteristics.
The Bib	The Bib is made from polycarbonate plastic or aluminium. Bibs are either cut by hand or with a laser cutter. Each type of lure has a unique Bib design.
The Hooks, Split Rings and Fastners	The metal components of the lure (treble hooks, split rings and fasteners) are high quality, commerciallay available items. These are factory made, and affixed to the lure by hand.
